5 Minute Walk
For this project, the 5min walk, I went to Orange Leaf in Danvers. While I was there I took photos of the most interesting things I saw. I chose the best six, edited them in photoshop and made this bigger image. The background is a pattern in one of the images I chose, after the image was selected I blurred it to make the images pop out. This is my final piece.
Panograph
For this project, the panograph, I went to my brothers soccer game and took a picture of a field. Then I zoomed in and took individual pictures of the field. I took all of the individual pictures, dragged them into photoshop and arranged them to form a larger picture. This is my final piece.
A picture in a picture
For this project, a picture in a picture, there were three parts. The first photo was part one. I took an older photograph and held it up to where the original picture was taken. For part two, I took a picture and then made a copy to shrink it to be able to fit it inside of the black frame. I did these steps over and over again to make it look infinite. For the last and final part, I took an empty picture frame and placed it in front of something that could be an actual photo. I made the background a different color so the fruit bowl would stand out. I "fixed" all of the photos I took in photoshop. These are my final pieces.
Giant things in a small world
For this project, giant things in a small world, I took a picture of the gazebo and river while I was in Danvers. The picture of my sister was a picture that was taken awhile ago and I dragged it into the photo that I took. Using photoshop, I made my sister bigger and then created her shadow. To do this I used the lasso tool, then I skewed the image after I copied it. Next, I lowered the opacity and made the image black and blurred the outline to make it look fuzzy. This is my final piece.
Photo illustration
For this project, photo illustration, I took a picture of grapes and a picture of a clementine. Then, I uploaded my pictures to the computer and put the clementine over the grapes. After, I changed the brightness, contrast, and opacity. My goal is to make the clementines look like the grapes, so they are attached to the vine and this is my final piece.
